Playing at Caldy Golf Club is one of the most rewarding golfing experiences one can enjoy on this beautiful Wirral Peninsula. 1906 saw Jack Morris, the nephew of the famous Old Tom Morris draw up a plan for the club's first nine holes. The Course opened for play the following year. The first layout of 18 holes, designed by five times Open Champion James Braid, came into play in 1931. Caldy served as the final qualifying venue for the 2012 Ricoh Women's British Open held at Royal Liverpool.
