Glen Gorse is a very attractive mature parkland course, and is considered one of the more exacting tests of golf in Leicestershire.
The strategically placed trees encountered on every hole mean that the straight hitter is rewarded, whilst the long approaches and narrow greens require your very best short game. No more so is this evident than over the closing three holes which are considered, by most, as the finest finish of any course in the county.
Glen Gorse is a very friendly club and visitors can play unaccompanied from Monday to Friday. The Clubhouse is also available for private hire and corporate functions.
