Four time host of the Ryder Cup, The Belfry has always been a world class golf destination, but following a recent £26 million refurbishment, the interiors at The Belfry more than match the quality of the iconic Brabazon golf course.

From the superb Champagne bar, to the two enticing restaurants, world class spa, and sumptuous rooms, The Belfry offers it all.

The three courses offer something for everyone. The infamous Brabazon, the PGA National, and gentler The Derby course, all offering superb parkland golf, whilst the Academy provides the perfect place to improve your game.

Set in over 500 acres of idyllic countryside, just east of Birmingham, The Belfry is only 20 minutes from the city centre, and 10 minutes from the airport

The Brabazon

The majestic fairways and smooth greens of The Brabazon form a world-famous stage on which some of golf's classic dramas have played out. Seve driving the 10th green, Paul McGinley and Sam Torrance holing winning putts, and Christy O'Connor's two iron. Designed by Dave Thomas and Peter Alliss, The Brabazon is legendary in the world of golf, and is known as the spiritual home of the Ryder Cup. The perilous bunkers and lakes have tested some of the greatest players in the game.

PGA National

The PGA National course has a distinct inland links feel to it, and this championship golf course presents a different challenge courtesy of the harder and faster running fairways, quicker, wide open undulating greens, severe run-offs and cavernous bunkers. The course has an ever improving reputation, having hosted two European Tour Events. The PGA National is the only PGA branded course in England, and is a must for golfers who enjoy the creativity and shot making required for links golf.

The Derby

Featuring numerous bunkers and water hazards, The Derby course offers golfers a true test of golf in a parkland setting. The course is a strategic test, with several well designed risk and reward holes. However, it is designed to be playable for golfers of all levels, and The Derby course achieves this perfectly. Demanding accuracy right from the first tee, good club selection is vital, as is intelligent course management.
